計9名（平均年齢41.6歳）とし，歯科衛生士3名が，以下の歯科保健指導を研究対象者ごとに2週間以上の間隔をあけ，順序を変えて実施した．①従来法1：鏡のみを利用した歯科保健指導，②従来法2：鏡に加え口腔内写真とスタディーモデルを利用した歯科保健指導，③IOS法 ：IOS記録のみを利用した歯科保健指導。IOSの記録は，3D測定データ評価ソフトウェアにて分析した．結果：IOSでの記録では，従来の歯周組織検査よりも詳細に歯肉の変化を把握できた．IOSによる記録を重ね合わせて求めた辺縁歯肉表面の偏差，プロービングデプス，歯肉の腫脹，発赤の検査結果及びBOPの変化との関係性が低かった．IOSを用いた歯科保健指導と従来の指導法との間には指導効果の差は認められなかった．IOSによる記録を不快に感じる研究対象者がいたが，多くはIOSによる保健指導は分かりやすく，受けたい指導であると回答した．結論：現状ではIOSを用いた歯科保健指導の臨床的有用性は必ずしも高いとはえいないが，IOSによる記録は，これまでの歯周組織検査とは異なる視点で歯肉を詳細に評価できる方法であり，患者・術者両者にとって理解しやすい方法である．今後，研究を進めることで歯科保健指導に効果的に活用できる可能性があると考えられる．」と考えられる.","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10006_dissertation_number_12":{"attribute_name":"学位授与番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dissertationnumber":"甲第5号"}]},"item_10006_relation_14":{"attribute_name":"関連情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"https://doi.org/10.11471/shikahozon.66.35","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}},{"subitem_relation_name":[{"subitem_relation_name_text":"日本歯科保存学雑誌.
