The cadaver's left side was aimed at the SJS, while the right side was at the IJS. Non-ionic contrast was injected into each joint using a crossing technique, with the linear ultrasound probe placed parallel to the long axis of the mandibular branch and punctured perpendicularly into the joint cavity. Cone-beam computed tomography scans assessed both the temporomandibular joints examining discs and other components for damage using a gross anatomical technique. \nResult: Computed tomography images confirmed successful contrast agent injection into all joint spaces without damaging the articular discs or cartilage of the mandibular head.\nConclusion: Our findings suggest that the ultrasound device can selectively puncture the temporomandibular joint in the SJS and IJS. In the future, the success rate is expected to improve with additional cadaver punctures. We aim to establish this technique as a viable treatment method that can be performed by oral surgeons with limited clinical experience in cadaver surgery training and surgical technique training program using human cadavers.","subitem_description_language":"en","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10006_dissertation_number_12":{"attribute_name":"dissertation_number","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_dissertationnumber":"甲第1014号"}]},"item_10006_relation_14":{"attribute_name":"関連情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_name":[{"subitem_relation_name_language":"en","subitem_relation_name_text":"Oral Surgery, Oral Medicine, Oral Pathology and Oral Radiology, 2024, 138, 484-493"}],"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"https//doi.org/10.1016/j.oooo.2024.06.001","subitem_relation_type_select":"DOI"}}]},"item_access_right":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"metadata only access","subitem_access_right_uri":"http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_14cb"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"作成者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"山根, 款","creatorNameLang":"ja"},{"creatorName":"ヤマネ, マコト","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"},{"creatorName":"Yamane, Makoto","creatorNameLang":"en"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_access","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2025-04-25"}],"filename":"kou_1014_ab.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"237 KB"}],"format":"application/pdf","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"論文内容要旨・審査結果要旨","objectType":"abstract","url":"https://osaka-dent.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/2000172/files/kou_1014_ab.pdf"},"version_id":"b62e6cbf-eb22-4dda-8b50-63302585c750"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"temporomandibular joint","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"ultrasound system","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"cone-beam CT","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"temporomandibular joint space","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"human cadavers","subitem_subject_language":"en","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"eng"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"item_resource_type","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"doctoral thesis","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_db06"}]},"item_title":"Establishment of a selective puncture method of the temporomandibular joint targeting the superior and inferior joint spaces using a human cadaver under the guidance of an ultrasound device","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"Establishment of a selective puncture method of the temporomandibular joint targeting the superior and inferior joint spaces using a human cadaver under the guidance of an ultrasound device","subitem_title_language":"en"},{"subitem_title":"超音波ガイド下によるヒト献体を用いて顎関節の上・下関節腔を標的とした選択的穿刺法の確立","subitem_title_language":"ja"}]},"item_type_id":"10006","owner":"18","path":["1724813725424"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"PubDate","attribute_value":"2025-04-25"},"publish_date":"2025-04-25","publish_status":"0","recid":"2000172","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["Establishment of a selective puncture method of the temporomandibular joint targeting the superior and inferior joint spaces using a human cadaver under the guidance of an ultrasound device"],"weko_creator_id":"18","weko_shared_id":-1},"updated":"2025-04-25T06:08:27.768742+00:00"}
