We first measured the sevoflurane level in samples collected in vacuum bottles using a gas chromatograph, and then evaluated countermeasures against sevoflurane exposure for four conditions. Sevoflurane was detected in 5 of 40 cases of general anesthesia for which samples were collected. However, it was not detected with the double method group in our second experiment.
