| 内容記述 | We exposed type II diabetes mellitus (DM) rat bone marrow mesenchymal cells (GK-BMMCs) to one of four concentrations of α-tocopherol (0, 1.0, 10 or 100 μM) and evaluated the effects of these different concentrations on cell proliferation, inflammatory cytokine expression and antioxidant production. We found that the low concentration of α-tocopherol was good as an antioxidant and anti-flammatory, but did not promote cell proliferation. Thus, a deficiency of α-tocopherol may be good for damaged bone cells such as those found in type II DM patients. | |||||||||
